Overview

Jyske Bank wanted to improve how customers are greeted at branches without a physical reception. Customers often arrived unsure of how to contact the right employee for their meeting or inquiry.

The Digital Receptionist kiosk allows visitors to select who they have an appointment with directly from the screen. If a visitor does not have an appointment, they can indicate it on the kiosk, which triggers a phone call through an integrated API to alert an employee to assist the customer.

The solution integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, ensuring instant notifications and smoother communication between staff and visitors.
